About this event
The OSO is proud to support community theatre. Three rarely performed short plays by Dame Agatha Christie, originally written for radio, and subsequently adapted by the Dame herself for stage and presented at the OSO for the first time. Set in the same Kensington house over three different decades, each story is a self contained mystery linked by Dame Agatha’s common themes of adultery, money, deception and revenge. Personal Call Set in the early 1960s a voice from beyond the grave leads a wife to confront a shocking truth about her husband , and the husband to come face to face with his past . The Rats In the early 1980s two lovers have an assignation neither was expecting. Who knows their secret and who has summoned them and to what end ? The Patient An accident, a cry for help or worse ? Locked-in and paralysed with no memory of how she came to be that way, the patient must find a way to communicate with her doctor and detective to find out what happened .
